The Secondary School Leaving Certificate is a certification which is also known as SSLC, the certificate obtained on the completion of an examination, at the end of secondary schooling level in India. It is estimated that there are about 4.5 Lakhs students that are eagerly waiting for the SSCL (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) examination results. The results were declared by the Education Minister Prof C Raveendranath today i.e.May 5th  at 2 p.m. In the previous year the results were declared on May 25th.

The pass percentage this year is estimated to be 95.98%. In higher secondary level the pass percentage is estimated to be about 98.83. It seems to be that in all 20,967 students have got A+ in all subjects. About 1174 schools have grabbed cent per cent pass percentage of which 405 are government schools.The examination was conducted on March 8th 2017 at 2933 centers in the State.  This year results were delayed as the Mathematics exam has to rescheduled after its paper was leaked.

Passing Eligibility for Kerala SSLC examination

Candidates who have given the examination must score about 35% of marks to pass in the Senior Secondary School Leaving Certificate.For subjects in Part III Question Papers will be in English, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, Gujarati and Urdu. This also includes passing under the compartmental system. For science subjects the passing marks is 2o out of 75 in Theory and 15 out of 25 in Practical. This also includes passing under the compartmental system.

Steps to download the Kerala SSLC examination Result

  • Candidates can download the result from the official website i.e keralaresults.nic.in. Beside these there are also many sites from where the candidates can download the results. These are kerala.gov.in, results.itschool.gov.in, cdit.org. These all websites are provided by the Government of Kerala.
  • Candidates have to click on the link to the result page for the SSLC examination present at the homepage which is available at the sites mentioned above.
  • Now candidates have to fill their roll no. and all other information or details in the required field and then press submit.
  • Now candidates can download the result and can take a print out of it for further reference.

Even if the candidates are unable to view the result they should not panic, instead of this they can  wait for 5- 10 minutes before accessing the site again, or just cross- check your personal details if there is any mistakes, as it is normal to make mistakes in excitement.
